Awareness walk sponsored by The Pregnancy Center of Woodward to highlight the sanctity of human life.
Replacing the former annual "Life Chain" event (held annually in Woodward since 1993), the Walk for Life is an event sponsored by The Pregnancy Center wherein the public is invited to meet at the George Goetzinger Walking Trail in Woodward, where they may (if desired) purchase a T shirt (all funds benefit The Pregnancy Center), join together in prayer for our communities and nation to turn back to honoring the life given by our Creator, and enjoy fellowship as we walk on the trails with informational posters to read along the way. Water (and portable restroom) will be provided, and those who have difficulty walking may bring a lawn chair and hold Life Chain signs along the busy street for passersby.
